Community-Based Outpatient Services: Care That Meets Youth Where They Are

For many youth and families, healing begins at home — with support that’s accessible, flexible, and embedded in their own communities. The Division of Youth Services (DYS) collaborates with outpatient providers across Arkansas who offer therapy, case management, skill-building, and wraparound services without the need for residential placement or state custody.

If your organization provides youth-focused outpatient care — counseling, behavioral therapy, substance use treatment, or other community services — and you’re not on this list, we encourage you to reach out. DYS is continually expanding its partnerships to ensure youth have ongoing, local support that builds resilience and prevents deeper system involvement.

If you’re searching for help and know of a provider offering community-based youth services that isn’t listed here, please let us know. Your recommendation could bring critical services to a family who needs it.

Let’s bring care closer to home — and keep youth connected to the people and places that matter most.

🌿 Community-Based Outpatient Services

Our directory of outpatient care is growing! These services meet youth where they are — through therapy, skill-building, and more.

🌱 If you know a provider offering hope close to home — reach out.
