DHS and its Arkansas Lifespan Respite Program want to hear from unpaid caregivers across the state. What are your experiences? What are your needs? We have set up an easy online survey for you to give us your feedback. It should only take 15 minutes to complete the survey.

Your feedback is needed so we can better understand where caregivers are struggling. It will also let us know what is needed to provide better support and services. This is your chance to let your voice be heard.
