Yesterday the advertisement ran in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette notifying the public of proposed rule changes regarding the Early Intervention Day Treatment Program.
Facebook Live Tomorrow
DHS will be hosting a Facebook Live Question & Answer session tomorrow to answer questions and offer correct information about the proposed changes. The Facebook Live will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on the Arkansas Department of Human Services (@ArkDHS) Facebook page.
Public Comments
The four promulgation packets are located at https://medicaid.mmis.arkansas.gov/General/Comment/Comment.aspx. Public Comment will run from April 8th until May 9th.

Comments will not receive individual responses. At the end of the public comment period, DDS will draft a document outlining the specific comments and draft written responses. Those comments and responses are sent to the legislature and will be posted online.
Public Hearing
The Public Hearing for the proposed rule change is scheduled for Wednesday, April 18, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Central Arkansas Main Library, 100 Rock Street, Little Rock, AR in the Darragh Center Auditorium.
