Effective January 01, 2025, the Department of Human Services (DHS) will no longer administer the Refugee Cash and Medical Assistance (RCA/RMA) program, which is funded by the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement. Starting January 1, 2025, Canopy Northwest Arkansas (Canopy NWA) in Fayetteville will take over the provision of all services to the refugee community.
