You may have recently received an invitation by text to participate in a survey for SNAP recipients as part of a partnership between the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) and Penn Medicine. This survey is legitimate, but please note that it is optional and will have no bearing on the benefits you receive. It takes about 10 minutes to complete, and Penn Medicine will send you a $5 e-gift card to thank you for participating. If you are selected to take part, you will receive a text message with a link to both the survey and this page on the DHS website. The survey link will include the web address redcap.link, and an additional extension unique to your invitation.

Please note that this is the only partnership involving SNAP and a gift card. Do not respond or provide any information if you receive any other email, phone call, or text that does not come from DHS or Penn Medicine, or that uses a survey link without the redcap.link address.
