As a part of the federal requirements at Title XX, Section 2004 of the Social Security Act (as enacted in the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 [P.L. 97-35] and codified at 42 U.S.C. 1397c), attached for your review and comment is the Social Services Block Grant Intended Use Plan and Pre-Expenditure Report.

A public comment, including the commenter’s name and any personal information contained within the public comment, will be made publicly available and may be seen by various people.
