(Little Rock, Ark.) – Cowboys owner and North Little Rock native Jerry Jones will be honored Friday evening, June 2 as the state’s Distinguished Citizen at the Governor’s Mansion as part of the 40th Annual Arkansas Community Service Awards ceremony.
