
Meet the Chief of Procurement
Mary Kathryn Williams serves as Chief Procurement Officer. In this role, Mary Kathryn oversees the Department’s procurement of technical and professional services and commodities, including ensuring vendors comply with contract requirements. She previously served as the Chief Counsel of State Procurement for the Department of Finance and Administration. She is a graduate of Colgate University and the University of Arkansas School of Law. She is born and raised in Little Rock and has two brothers. She attended a boarding school in Vicksburg, Mississippi, for junior and senior high school.
