The Department of Human Services (DHS) hosts public hearings, meetings and presentations for some proposed rule changes, federal initiatives, and other matters. Below is a list of upcoming public hearings. The details can be found by clicking on the title.

Please note that hearings are not a public forum and will not include a question and answer period. The department will read the notice of rulemaking and accept comments for the record. All comments will be addressed at a later date in the Public Comment Summary on the individual rule page.
