Most families open their homes when they foster. The Ingles opened their entire lives.
Whether it’s a call in the middle of the night, a last-minute placement, or a large sibling group in need of stability, the Ingles say “yes”—without hesitation and without conditions.
Their commitment runs deeper than words. In their very first year as foster parents through the CALL, they saw the need for foster homes in their area. So, they rolled up their sleeves and added on three additional bedrooms to their home—themselves. They also purchased a larger vehicle, all so they could say yes to more children and never have to turn away a child due to space. That kind of dedication doesn’t just make room in a home—it makes room in a world that too often feels closed off.
Today, they are the proud parents of eight children: three biological, four adopted, and one current foster placement. Oh, and if that’s not enough, they’re also Independent Living Sponsors to one teen girl and parents to one gecko.
And they’re still going strong – pouring out love, structure, and compassion to those around them, every single day.
