Foster Family of the Year Area 10 Winner

Justin and Brandy Morphis – Area 10 Foster Family of the Year
Monticello, Arkansas

Everyone’s journey into foster care begins differently. For Justin and Brandy Morphis, it began in the quiet hours of the night with a heartbroken son. His friends in foster care had moved to a different home, and the pain he felt sparked something powerful in the whole family. A seed was planted to become a foster family themselves, and it’s been growing ever since.

Today, Justin and Brandy live on the Arkansas Baptist Children & Family Ministries campus in Monticello. Since opening their home, they’ve welcomed multiple teens and two sibling groups of three, including one group that had previously been separated.

Justin and Brandy live by a simple but powerful philosophy: every child deserves a chance.

For the Morphis family, everything is intentional. From attending meetings with families and court hearings to staying in close contact with school staff and DCFS workers, they are present in every moment, every decision, every tear, and every triumph.

They don’t just provide a place for kids to stay. They provide a place to belong. For the Morphis family, fostering isn’t just a mission – it’s a ministry. And to every child they meet, they offer a chance at healing, hope, and home.

Congratulations, Justin and Brandy Morphis, our Area 10 Foster Family of the Year!
