Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §9-28-704(b)(1), this is a notification regarding a proposed modification/amendment to the following contracts 4600046568, 4600046569, 4600046570, 4600046571, 4600046572, 4600046574, 4600046575, 4600046576, 4600046577 that will be executed on or about June 19, 2026.  

Please consider this notification as an opportunity to comment on the following proposed modification/amendment to the contract referenced above: Extension of the contract period for time only through 6/30/2027 with the intent to add funds in a subsequent amendment during August 2026.  If you wish to waive this opportunity to comment, pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §9-28-704 (b) (1), you must do so in writing.
