Holding Newborn Baby - In Arkansas, there's always a Safe Haven for your baby. Call 1-888-510-2229
  What is Safe Haven?

The Arkansas Safe Haven law allows a
parent to bring a child, 30 days old or
younger to an employee at any hospital
emergency room or law enforcement
agency anonymously and without facing
prosecution for endangering or
abandoning a child.

Once a baby is given up, the Arkansas
Department of Human Services will be
called so that it can find the baby a
permanent loving home.
